"Sizing is a little unpredictable"
I ordered a pair of jeans from lee.com in the size I normally wear, and the waist fit well, but the legs were definitely snugger than I was expecting, if that makes sense.
The quality seems good overall, so I’m not really unhappy with them, but I do wish the sizing was a bit easier to compare between styles. I’ll probably keep these, but next time I’d consider sizing up...

"Really comfy jeans"
I ordered a pair of Lee jeans from lee.com and they got to me quickly, in about a few days. The fit was just right, and the fabric felt soft right away instead of stiff like some new jeans can be.
I wore them around all day at work and didn’t feel like changing when I got home. The waist has a little give too, which makes them even more comfortable. I’d definitely buy another pair.

"Super easy return process"
I had to send back a pair of jeans that just didn’t fit right, the whole return process was way easier than I expected. The steps were simple to follow, and customer service got back to me really quickly when I had a question. My refund also came through sooner than I thought it would. Definitely a smooth experience, so I’d recommend them if you’re worried about returns.

"It showed up a day later than expected..."
It showed up a day later than expected, so I’m guessing something got held up somewhere along the way. Still, the tracking was easy to follow, and overall the shipping wasn’t bad.
